These Grapple Leads have been developed to help map out the lakebed to extreme levels. The prongs on the lead help to locate traces on the lakebed which would ordinarily be missed by a smooth lead.

The Grapple Lead works by locking the four prongs in the upright position prior to casting and feeling for a drop as normal. By pulling back any weed, detritus or natural food sources like bloodworm will be collected around the lead, helping you determine the status of the bottom.

If the Grapple Lead encounters excessive weed, rocks or mussel beds and locks up, applying some steady pressure will unlock the prongs and allow the lead to be retrieved as normal.

They come in packs of two and are available in 3oz and 4oz.
